About Stuart James Wilson, Calm, grounded coaching for people navigating change.

About Stuart James Wilson

I’m Stuart James Wilson, a life coach who supports people navigating change, uncertainty, and moments where life feels stuck or overwhelming. My work is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and begin moving forward in a way that feels right for you.

My story

I’ve been through significant challenges in my own life, including struggles with addiction and the process of recovery. These experiences have shaped how I show up as a coach — with empathy, patience, and a deep understanding that change is rarely linear.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or pressure to “be better.” I believe in realistic, sustainable change that feels manageable and supportive rather than overwhelming.

My approach to coaching

My coaching style is calm, supportive, and client-led. You decide the pace, the focus, and what feels most important to explore.

I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and gently challenge where needed — always with your consent and comfort in mind. You’re encouraged to find your own answers, because lasting change comes from within rather than being told what to do.

Everything we discuss is confidential, and there is no judgement — just honest conversation and support.

Who I work with

I’m drawn to working with people at a crossroads in life. This might include those who:

  • Feel stuck or unsure of their direction

  • Struggle with confidence or self-esteem

  • Find boundaries difficult, especially in relationships

  • Are navigating breakups or challenging relationships

  • Are dealing with difficult people or situations

  • Want a stronger relationship with themselves

Many people I work with want clarity, confidence, better boundaries, and a sense of purpose — and to feel more like the person they know they can be.
